INSURANCE:

I am in-network with Cigna/Evernorth, Aetna, and with the following BCBS Plans:

I can also file insurance for you as an out-of-network provider or I can provide you with a statement that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Every plan has different out-of-network benefits, and I encourage you to contact your insurance provider for more information on your out-of-network deductibles, reimbursement rates and co-insurance.​

MY RATES:

Initial Therapy Session (60 minutes): $160

Ongoing Therapy Sessions (50 minutes): $140

I offer a limited number of reduced fee sessions and sliding scale options. Please email me to inquire.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I require at least 24 hours notice if you need to miss or reschedule an appointment. Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment, and have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, will be charged a cancellation fee of $100. Please note that insurance will not reimburse for any missed sessions.
